Graham Curtin has a diverse commercial real
estate practice. Our practice includes negotiating and structuring
purchase and sale agreements and options for the acquisition and
disposition of real property for investment and development purposes.
We also represent landlords and tenants in negotiating building
and ground leases for office, manufacturing, warehouse and retail
uses. We are familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions
starting with helping our clients navigate complex review of due
diligence materials to closing. Through the process, we have the
expertise to advise our clients on environmental issues including
New Jersey’s ISRA.
Our attorneys are committed to understanding clients’
needs and expectations and working with clients to achieve their
goals. With this understanding we draw upon our experience in structuring
and negotiating joint development agreements between developers;
structuring real estate transactions including financing for borrowers
and lenders; and negotiating architect and construction related
contracts and other agreements for owners and developers.
