The Firm’s commercial litigation experience is unparalleled. The Litigation Department is committed to meeting its clients’ litigation needs, regardless of the size or complexity of the types of litigation presented. Concentrating in such diverse areas as products liability, labor and employment law, premises liability, personal injury defense, toxic torts, securities, sports law, banking law and many more, the Firm is equipped to handle cases of all varieties and litigate them to successful conclusions, whether inside the courtroom or through settlement. In fact, the Litigation Department maintains a flexible approach to handling different cases, which includes utilizing methods of alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation, in an effort to resolve disputes. Within the Litigation Department, the Insurance Coverage Litigation Group has been actively involved in handling some of the largest environmental and asbestos insurance coverage matters in the nation, including those litigated to judgment. The Group routinely represents several major insurer clients as both national coordinating counsel and regional counsel in numerous litigated insurance coverage disputes.
