Mr. Zelenty’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and general business matters. Mr. Zelenty has extensive experience in the representation of individual and corporate clients in connection with complex transactions including purchases, sales and leasing of real property, real property development, zoning and land use, and commercial loans and loan workouts. Mr. Zelenty also renders advice to clients in connection with general business matters as well as business acquisitions and divestitures.
