Mr. Sweeney concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury matters including medical malpractice and product liability.  Mr. Sweeney has tried cases before the Superior Court of New Jersey and has experience before the New Jersey Appellate Division.  He appears regularly before the federal and state courts of New Jersey.  Mr. Sweeney is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Donato, Jr. J.S.C. (retired).
