Mr. Regimbal focuses his practice on domestic and international corporate acquisitions, divestitures and commercial transactions. Mr. Regimbal has extensive experience in domestic and cross border transactions where he represents and advises companies and high net worth individuals in mergers and acquisitions, private equity offerings and investments, commercial transactions and corporate restructurings. Mr. Regimbal also advises the firm’s clients on general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Regimbal's representative clients include U.S. and foreign manufacturers, distributors, and technology and service providers.
