Mr. O’Hara has practiced with the firm’s Litigation Department since 1987 and has been a shareholder of the firm since 1995. He has a broad range of litigation and trial experience including the areas of products liability, toxic torts, personal injury defense, product warranty, consumer fraud, employment disputes, construction law, franchise litigation and general contract disputes. He oversees the firm’s personal injury defense work for the three Trump casinos in Atlantic City and the firm’s product warranty work for Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. He also handles litigation matters for Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. and International Paper Company.
