Mr. Monaghan concentrates
his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on
insurance, banking, intellectual property and employment matters.
Mr. Monaghan has experience in all phases of litigation and has appeared
in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Texas. Mr.
Monaghan also provides general counsel to corporate clients. Mr.
Monaghan has authored several published articles on insurance-related
maters. As a student, Mr. Monaghan was an Associate Editor for the
Houston Law Review and recipient of an Ersie Kern Ator White Scholarship.
Mr.
Monaghan has served on the board of several non-profit organizations,
including Court Appointed Special Advocates of Morris and Sussex
County and the Kylie Ann Rosset Memorial Foundation. Mr. Monaghan
also served as a City Councilperson for the City of Colleyville,
Texas.
