Mr. Minter’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, professional liability defense, health care and telecommunications litigation. Mr. Minter appears regularly in the federal and state courts of New Jersey. Mr. Minter is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Minter is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Rocco L. D’Ambrosio, J.S.C. Mr. Minter has represented clients in several cases resulting in published opinions, including: Vastano
