Ms.
Kelly concentrates her practice in
trust and estate planning and administration
and business succession planning for
principals and shareholders of closely-held
businesses. Such practice also includes
addressing clients’ private philanthropic
goals, including structuring charitable
trusts and private foundations and
providing counsel to clients on all
aspects of nonprofit corporate governance.
Ms. Kelly’s representative clients
included individuals with net worth
exceeding $20 million. Ms. Kelly
served on the Board of Directors of
the Estate Planning Council of Northern
New Jersey from 1999 through 2005 and
served as the Council’s President
from 2005 to 2006. Ms. Kelly
also has served on the Board of Directors
of various non-profit organizations
both as a fiduciary and in an advisory
role, including the Morris Area Chapter
of the American Red Cross (Vice Chair,
2001-2003) and the Center for Hope
Hospice and Palliative Care (Trustee
and Secretary, 2001-2004).
