Ms. Graham concentrates her practice in litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Ms. Graham is co-author of “Passing the Buck: Cost-Shifting in Electronic Discovery,” Business & Securities Litigator (August 2003), The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel (October 2003), The Federal Lawyer (November/December 2003). Ms. Graham was Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
