Mr. Galligan concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability defense, commercial litigation, and all types of appellate practices. Mr. Galligan also provides general counsel to corporate clients. Mr. Galligan has appeared before the federal courts of the State of New Jersey and the Superior Court of New Jersey and has experience in all aspects of litigation from initial discovery through trial and appeal. Mr. Galligan is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Beglin, Jr., A.J.S.C. (retired).
