Ms. Cushing concentrates her practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability litigation, corporate litigation and general liability defense.

While attending law school, Ms. Cushing interned for the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Ms. Cushing also interned with the Family Services Association, Guardianship Program, in Fall River, Massachusetts, where she assisted individuals with estate planning. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she was a member of the Honors Program, and Roger Williams University School of Law.

Ms. Cushing currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County, which is a non-denominational, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
